Co-Founder and General Partner

Priya is a Co-Founder and General Partner at Touring Capital, where she backs ambitious founders reimagining the enterprise through AI. She serves on Touring’s Investment Committee and on the boards of Numa, Daloopa, Clark, Blinq, Wingspan, and SlashExperts.

Priya co-founded Touring after more than a decade in venture capital, M&A, and enterprise technology. Previously, she was a Partner at SoftBank Vision Fund, where she led investments in category-defining software companies including Observe.ai, Pixis, CommerceIQ, Sendoso, and Vendr (acquired by Vertice). Prior to that, she helped lead early-growth investments at Mayfield and was a founding member of M12, Microsoft’s venture capital arm, where she led investments in Go1, Workboard, PandaDoc, Element AI (acquired by ServiceNow), and Bonsai (acquired by Microsoft). She began her career in leveraged finance investment banking before joining Square’s M&A team as a Deal Lead, where she led acquisitions at the intersection of software and machine learning.

Priya was named to Forbes’ 30 Under 30 in Venture Capital list in 2018 and is actively involved with All Raise, Neythri, and several prominent women-in-tech organizations. She holds a B.S. in Business Administration from UC Berkeley’s Haas School of Business.

Having lived in 12 countries before the age of 12, Priya developed an early appreciation for adaptability, curiosity, and the art of figuring things out on the fly — qualities she continues to admire in the founders she backs. Outside of work, she’s an unapologetic foodie (sushi is a particular weakness), a Pilates-obsessed fitness junkie (partly to fuel her next culinary adventure), and a proud mom to Gandalf, Katniss, and Jax — two cats and a border collie who collectively run the household.
